Watch for my lie detector test regarding her defamation.

Tiffany and Trenton Berg had a TikTok account where I allege, they defamed me, which Tiffany hid and now 10 months later has a new one.

1. In 2025, while in litigation with Tiffany, she once again plays my 2023 presentation to the city of Brookings for an outdoor light statute over her outdoor speaker after she lost a citation for noise pollution in Brookings, OR for doing the same thing in the summer of 2024 over and over. 2. Here is a posting by Tiffany after I gave a presentation to the Brookings City Council asking them to pass an outdoor light statute - the same presentation Tiffany blasted over her outdoor speaker over and over - shoving the light issue in my face.

   I gave a presentation to both the Brookings City Council and the Planning Commission to call for an Outdoor Light Statute. But they have refused to do anything, even though the Oregon department of energy recommends against such lights and states like California have banned such lights statewide. I then began a campaign of asking the public to support such an outdoor statute in the local paper, citing Tiffany's light but NEVER attacking her personally.

3. In August of 2023, when Larry Small and his brother-in-law were working on my car port, the Berg's yelled up at them. 

   
   
   
   

4. In July 2023, I called the police to report that Tiffany and Trenton Berg were videotaping me while I was on my own property. I didn't even know that was legal. I took a picture of them taking video of me. Later, I discovered that Tiffany and Trenton were posting videos of me on their TikTok and YouTube accounts while I was on my own property. I allege that several videos were taken without my even knowing I was being videotaped.

   
   

   I was caught off guard when I saw them videotaping me, so I waived and spoke in a squeaky voice. Notice how the dog waves his tail when coming up to me. If I was screaming at them, their dog would not have greeted me eagerly. Also, if I was videotaping them first as alleged, why did I put my camera down during this entire encounter except to take a picture of them. Notice how Tiffany states 'you come down here for no reason' - did I need their permission to walk on my own land? ...and how her son Trenton tell me "if you don't want to be videotaped, don't come down here.' Again, I am walking on my own property. In analyzing this video, it should be clear that they just make up facts as they go along.

   
   

   Further, the police report filed was also a lie since it states that the Berg's began videotaping me after their was an alleged threat by the husband. But you can see that is untrue because the husband's threat to Cheryl didn't happen until well into the altercation. Lie after Lie in Brookings.

   
   
   
   

   

   
   

5. On Around July or August 2023 I tried to build a structure to block Tiffany's intrusive light, but the poles could not survive the wind.

6. On October 29, 2023, Tiffany Berg played my presentation I gave to the city of Brookings City Council in 20203 over a loudspeaker to harass me and to throw the light issue in my face?
   

7. In December of 2023, when one of my workers was putting up a 6-foot fence, a drone was flown over my workers' head.

   
   

8. Around August of 2024, I discovered my fence was damaged and filed a police report.

   
   

9. As a result of thinking that Brookings, Oregon must be a "dangerous" place for the Berg's to justify their light, I installed lights along my fence. While there, they worked for only two hours. I allege they were tampered with and purposely damaged.

   
   

10. March 2024, I came to the property when my tenant Colin Blakesley breached his lease and requested to leave early. While there, my friend took pictures of Tiffany's light with his iPhone. The pictures showed what I was not able to with other cameras - the light beams blasting into my house and onto my property. Armed with this evidence, I tried to get Tiffany's attention to show her, but she came over and told me to stop "screaming" at her, which I wasn't doing.

On June 18, 2024, I allege that when I arrived at the property and got out of my car - unprepared with my phone, - which is one reason I put cameras up - a drone was flown at my head as I stood outside my shed. This picture is of the drone leaving on June 18, 2024, at 6:12 pm. I called 911 and the Brookings, Oregon police told me it was OK and did NO investigation. The FAA confirmed that Berg's drone was not in compliance. I heard a young woman scream "Let the games begin."

    In 2024 my cameras caught Tiffany's dad or is this her husband, attempting to tamper with them.

    

    
    

13. On June 18th, 2024, after I took a picture of the drone leaving, I allege that when I asked Tiffany to stop harassing me, she responded "We missed you?"

15. On June 22, 2024, I allege that someone from the Berg's home played my presentation given to the Brookings City Council over an outdoor loudspeaker.

20. .While at the court in Gold Beach, Tiffany's husband, was caught investigating what my workers were doing, which is none of their business, and which is one thing I complain about. 21. On July 6, 2024, a young woman and one of the Berg's sons screamed profanities at me while I was on my own property - I allege, I was minding my own business and have never harassed Tiffany's children.

24. In the summer of 2024, I discovered Tiffany and Trenton Berg's TikTok account where belongings kept for my rental house in my locked shed, for which I gave no one a key, were on their account, accusing me of tax fraud. Officer Hernandez did an investigation after I went to the Brooking police over five times - I was told he was on medical leave once. He confirmed that Tiffany acquired this picture from my past tenant Colin Blaskley. I hope that this officer wasn't fired or quit because he was treated badly for doing his job and not protecting the Berg's no matter what. Some of the horrible comments the citizens of Brookings made without even knowing me or the truth are below. I have a copy of all of her 2500 friends from Face Book.

25. In September 2024, I incurred a cost of $1500 to drive 12 hours each way to come to Municipal court thinking that Tiffany's fine for noise pollution would be $700. I cited Tiffany twice for noise pollution at the suggestion of the Brookings, Oregon police because they refused to do anything. In Municipal Court, Judge Hilliman refused to allow me to show all of my evidence or to have office Hernandez to testify about anything unrelated to put the dispute into context. Yet, in contrast he allowed Tiffany to ramble on with false and unrelated allegations for which she had NO proof. Not one picture, police report, or video of me yelling at her - NOTHING. Tiffany was ordered to pay ONLY $100. Once again, the officials in Brookings protected the Berg's. I do have a recording of the kangaroo trial. I am updating the audio of what I recorded that day for an appeal.
